IE “Maestro Divino”.
Most schools receive a couple of hours of water a day. Some schools have an electric pump to propel water to a tank in the roof where it is stored and distributed during the day. Most schools have bathrooms with sinks, but the water does not come out of the faucets, it is saved in buckets or cylinders. I saw a boy come out of the bathroom with wet hands. I have not seen soap anywhere. Overcoming scarcity will be a challenge.
